Our Story
QuickTurn Maintenance was founded in 2023 when my father, a longtime Sacramento rental property owner, pointed out something frustrating: quality vendors charging fair prices were getting harder to find.
As a Sacramento native raised in the trades, I saw the opportunity to fill that gap. My grandfather was a contractor, and my dad has maintained rental properties his entire life. Starting with a specialization in doors and locks, I built a team of two skilled technicians plus trusted vendor partners, bringing decades of combined experience to every job.
Today, we're a licensed B2 Residential Remodeling contractor (License #1152617), RHIP certified for Sacramento's Rental Housing Inspection Program, and proud affiliate members of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). We've completed over 2,000 work orders and 1,000+ rekeys for local property managers who need speed, quality, and transparency.
