The property manager needs it fast, documented, and invoiced as expected. The owner needs work that lasts at a fair price. The tenant needs someone who shows up, cleans up, and treats the unit like somebody's home. I've been on all three sides, and when one of them isn't happy the job isn't finished.
I started QuickTurn in 2023. This is where I plan to retire.
My grandfather was a contractor and my dad has maintained rentals his whole life. He's the one who pointed out that quality vendors charging fair prices were getting hard to find in Sacramento, so I started one.
